happitude.life is an online self-care company that specialises in providing online tools for strong mental health and wellbeing. Our aim is to help others experience positive connections and fulfilment, and ultimately live happier lives.
Levels of anxiety and depression are higher than ever, with mental health now a greater concern than it has ever been. Here at happitude.life our principle goal is ‘Happiness for Everyone’ and we achieve that by bringing together effective proven psychological approaches, techniques, mindful principles, science and  tools and approaches in a way that are both realistic and accessible to those struggling to deal with their emotions.

In 2018 we launched the first in our range of tools – were thousands of clients have made positive transformations in their lives.

​Our 8 Steps to a calmer and happier you bootcamp online course is designed for people who recognise that they need to give their own personal happiness some much deserved attention. It features tools, exercises and meditations to help users practice the five core skills that are essential for happiness and emotional well-being:

  • Resilience; learning how to be with uncomfortable feelings
  • Connection; feeling supported by others
  • Gratitude and kindness; practicing thanks and appreciation
  • Mindfulness & meditation; daily exercises to help to keep your mind healthy
