HOT SEAT SESSIONS | One to One online sessions with Katie Brazier
The Belief Busting Package is your one stop to removing blocks and unconscious beliefs that are holding you back from achieving the life that you want. Your sessions will be online, face to face video calls on a one to one basis with Katie Brazier.
Your Belief Busting Package includes 3 one to one, face to face online sessions with Katie plus any audio downloads, exercises and other material relevant to your individual session.
Step 1: Discovery Call: Start off by scheduling in your Discovery Call (20min) now so that you and Katie can clearly identify your goal and what it is that you want to achieve from the belief busting package.
Step 2: Hot Seat Session: At the discovery call you will be booked in for the Hot Seat Session (50min) when the real magic will happen. Be ready for a transformation!
Step 3: Future Proofing Session: The support continues and you will be scheduled in for a follow up, Future Proofing Session (20min) 3 months after your hot seat session to check in with you and to ensure that you're where you want to be.
The Belief Busting Package is $495 inclusive. You will be asked to pay 50% deposit today and the other 50% when you book in for your hot seat session. Book in for your Discovery Call below:
What blocks you from really achieving?
Those things we think and say to ourselves manifest in our lives. Limiting beliefs are those things you believe about yourself that ultimately place limitations on your abilities. They are subconscious thoughts creeping in and telling you something that is ultimately not true. For example, “bad things always happen to me”, “I’m no good at speaking to people”, “all my relationships are painful”, “I’d never make a good leader” or “I could never start my own business.” Limiting beliefs are simply assumptions about your reality that come from your perceptions of life experiences. In order for our actions to have the greatest positive effect, we need to have beliefs that are as close to reality as possible. Deceiving ourselves with false realities and limiting beliefs could mean that we never fulfillour goals and dreams. As a coach, I know that some clients will need a lot of support to change their beliefs and I will need to challenge, encourage and support the client every step of the way as they are guided to the place where they can achieve their full potential and live the life that they love.
My job is to use a variety of techniques to raise your awareness of what your limiting beliefs are and where they come from.
Through answering powerful questions, you will be able to see the truth for the first time. Once I have an indication of your limiting beliefs, I can help to address and change them. Often, even a temporary suspension of a limiting belief is enough of a step forward to unblock the mind in order to explore outside the boundaries imposed by limiting beliefs and move closer towards goals/dreams. At a deeper level, we can even discover what your core belief is that your limiting beliefs are built around.

Fear of success
Fear of failure
Fear we are not good enough to achieve what we want
Fear of not being loved/being unlovable
Fear of rejection – generally leading you to avoid relationships or people-please
